Monday Morning My Way

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving holiday. The girls and I didn't do a whole lot, just stayed home and cooked and baked a little. Nothing fancy at all, just a little fancier than normal everyday meal. I'll share a few quick pictures that were snapped of part of our meal.

Of course none of us thought to get pictures of the actual meal LOL. We were all too busy fixing our plates and stalking sales online (me). We had a baked chicken, stuffing, green bean casserole, mac and cheese, cous cous, and sweet potatoes. Oh and there was the pudding cake too. Chocolate cake, a layer of vanilla pudding, more chocolate cake, and then iced with of course chocolate icing. Even though we didn't have turkey, Sierrah must have sniffed the neighbors turkey cooking, or maybe she was just trying to stay with tradition and was thrown into a turkey coma.

Hannah apparently thought that her massive zit was picture worthy because I found this when I downloaded pics to the computer.

This was taken after I had to open it up, it was HUGE.

What about Monday morning? Yeah I guess I should include that in this post since it is Monday morning my way. Got the girls and my nephew off to school with only a minor meltdown over hair. Poor Hannah and her natural curly hair that she refuses to do what I tell her after a shower to prevent tangles. I just got a coat of polish on my nails, getting ready to call the doctors office about my appointment, and listening to Rowan sing and play with the ponies in the other room. I am also trying to avoid looking at all the Cyber Monday deals going on. That of course isn't working too well since I keep adding to my Elfster wishlist. This is Monday Morning My Way.

Monday Morning My Way

Good morning everyone, I hope your day brings lots of wonderful things your way. It is a bit chilly here this morning, but looks like we will have beautiful fall weather for the week.

The month of October is going to be an exciting busy one. So many great things to share and do. Most indie companies have their fall collections out now and OH MY GOODNESS, they have outdone themselves. I along with an awesome group of bloggers and shop owners are all working together to not only raise money but also awareness for breast cancer through Team Pinkeye Project. This month is breast cancer, Domestic violence, and Rett syndrome awareness month. Of course there are all the yearly things like apple picking, fall baking, pumpkin patch, and of course Halloween.

Team Pinkeye Project

This is a collaboration of bloggers and shop owners to try and raise money and awareness towards breast cancer. There are giveaways weekly, you will also be seeing EOTD(eye of the day), NOTD(nail of the day), LOTD(look of the day) and much much more. I have some awesome reviews for this month, along with a giveaway maybe two of my own. I will have some NOTD to share, maybe pics of my polish stash that seems to grow as fast as the kids do.
