I have always enjoyed painting my nails but somehow got away from it. Being a stay at home mom I don't have much opportunity to get dressed up. I forgot how something as simple as a coat or two of polish can make me feel girly and pretty.So with a lot of my online friends posting pics of their newest nails done with crackle polishes I decided I needed to get back to doing my nails. The mission was born. I set out on an adventure that would take me to 9 yes 9 different stores looking for crackle nail polishes. Of course it being close to the 4th of July all I was finding was red and blue, I wasn't happy. I wanted colors I could use with anything like white, black and silver and I wasn't stopping until I found at least one of them. Long story short I found a Walgreens that had a good selection and was able to get both white and black. YAY!!!
Now the girls and I spend a lot of time looking at cute things to do to nails on youtube and different nail blogs. It is something we enjoy doing together so no harm there right?
